In regards to Gonzo's contract extension:

"Seton Hall made a bad decision," Jhony Garcia said after Gonzalez attributed a recent Senior Night loss partly to the two minutes his son, John Garcia, played.

Regarding former Jasper Kenny Milnor:

He and others said that Gonzalez consistently broke the N.C.A.A.’s rules on practice hours. Byrnes confirmed that players "on more than one occasion" anonymously complained about Gonzalez going over practice limits.

With Notre Dame's win at Marquette and Uconn's loss at USF, Seton Hall will be the 10th seed in the BET.

If Seton Hall beats PC tonight or RU beats Pitt, Seton Hall will play Providence in the first round of the BET.

If Seton Hall loses at PC tonight and RU loses to Pitt, Seton Hall will play Rutgers in the first round of the BET.

Adam Zagoria: Hazell Cleared to Play

According to Adam Zagoria, Jeremy Hazell will be cleared for tomorrow's game against West Virginia. Even though the Pirates won without him against St. John's, the Mountaineers are much better and the Hall will need every weapon at its disposal. With Eugene Harvey likely back as well, hopefully the Pirates will finish the job from earlier this season. We'll keep you posted.

Jeremy Hazell Game-Time Decision

After receiving 8 stitches, the doctor's determined there was no ligament damage to Hazell's shooting hand. He has traveled with the team to West Virginia, will dress and is expected to be a game-time decision.

On the Eugene Harvey injury front, Bobby Gonzalez believes the senior will be able to give it a go after sitting out against St. John's.

Eugene McCrory Commits to Seton Hall

Eugene McCrory, a 6-foot-8 senior for KIMA, scored 19 points and grabbed 14 rebounds in a 65-63 victory over Progressive Christian Saturday reports Josh Barr. The following day, he took in the Pirates defeat of DePaul and made a verbal commitment following the game.

KIMA coach, Levet Brown stated, "He just has to get the scores on the SAT or the ACT. He's been working hard."

Seton Hall was also previously concerned about his weight, but according to Brown, "that's all changed."
