Looking Forward to Marquette, Harvey & Garcia, Time to Do It, Reflections, Last Four, Moses Law
Jerry Carino talked with John Garcia as the senior reflects on his Seton Hall career:
"There have been a lot of ups and downs. I lost my first year (to a knee injury), I had to go through a coaching change, to go through a rebuilding situation. It was tough but I think this was what was meant to happen. It's been a great learning experience."
Definitely a must-read article covering both Harvey and Garcia, what they've done for the program and their aspirations after basketball.
NBE takes a look at the Big East bubble teams jockeying for a bid on selection sunday:
Seton Hall also left themselves little room for error with a non-descript out of conference effort this season. They do have a road win over Cornell from November which represented their lone OOC win against a team with an RPI of 158 or better. The Pirates host Marquette on Saturday in a key game for both teams in their tourney hopes. Bobby Gonzalez's crew closes on the road against PC and RU, one upset loss in these last three and their chances of making the Dance will be nearly dead.
The Pirates enter, "Last Four Out" status in Joe Lunardi's latest Bracketology.
Moses Abraham will be visiting Seton Hall next weekend and is interested in Seton Hall's law school according to Adam Zagoria:
"I'm thinking definitely by next weekend, Thursday or Friday," Joe Boncore, Abraham's adviser, said by phone.
"We're not trying to make it for a game or anything like that. We just want to come up and see the campus. Moses wants to be a lawyer and Seton Hall has a good law school."
Seton Hall and Marquette are scheduled for a noon start and will honor the seniors prior to tip.

Just Win, Boys
That is all Gonzo should have to say to the team on Sunday. Just win. They should know the stakes, they should know what they have to do, and they should be prepared to do whatever is necessary to win.
Anything I left out?
Sounds good to me.
Crushing blow to the Pirates with the ND victory in Georgetown. Let’s go WVU over Cinci on right now.
